Ucommune - WeWork of China raises $200M at $3 Billion valuation

Ucommune, a WeWork competitor in China, today announced the close of its US$200 million series D round, which brought its valuation to US$3 billion.
The round marks the single largest in China’s co-working space industry, the firm claimed.
The money will be spent to grow its global footprint, strengthen its research and development, and upgrade its “smart office” technology.
To date, Ucommune has more than 200 facilities in 37 cities around the world, catering to nearly 15,000 large and medium-sized enterprises as well as startups.
